My Story

I’m sharing it — in hopes to help others. That’s how I feel right now — I want to help other people rise to their own version of their best life.

I’m going to use this series as a way to figure out the big picture, what I’m really doing here, how to tell my whole story.. what it has to do with mental health and physical health and how both together shape my life. I’m figuring out why I want to tell the story too. Do I want to help others? Do I want attention? Do I want to tell it or are too many people telling me to share it? I don’t know. I’m sure it won’t be long before viewers are going to try to tell me.

I’m raw, I’m — as my favorite comedian, Bert Kreischer, once referred to his wife — “autistically honest” and I will stay true to myself no matter what.

This page is a work in progress.. Just like me. Great things coming soon.
